ITALY ART STUDENTS: The Talented Ten Return Home




	Blogging from ROME! Departure Day: On Sunday, June 6rd, the Frank Ski Kids Foundation departed with six Atlanta area school students on our International Art Excursion to Rome, Italy. The flight from Atlanta was nine hours long, but I believe the kids enjoyed it, despite the turbulence. Lol! More THIS IS AN EMAIL FROM A LOCAL TEACHER, WE LOVE GREAT TEACHERS; THANK YOU! I persuaded her to enter the contest even though I did not get the information to her until a week befor the deadline. She didn't even think she would be able to complete the project. The Frank Ski Kids Foundation International Art Excursion Students have returned home from an 8 day excursion to Florence, Italy.

This trip has definetly been different from any other trips I've done and I appreciate everyone for giving me the full experience of Italy!

I've done some extraordinary things in my life but never anything as special as this trip to Italy.

Coming here has drastically changed my view on the way I look at things. Seeing sights like the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the sculpture of the David...it's all so spectacular.

None of this would have been possible if it wasn't for our generous sponsors that have helped give me this amazing opportunity. I am Grateful.

I have learned a tremendous amount of history and culture that I can apply to my everyday life.
